And now with our 611 KIDS IGNITE program we are cross training the brain.<br />This class combines strength and endurance building fitness training with fun and challenging brain exercises. We are combining exercise with education to optimize learning while we play. Research now shows that exercise stimulates brain growth and boosts cognitive performance. It helps kids focus, making it easier for kids to learn and achieve. Our program benefits every child. Autism, ADHD, traumatic brain injury, even some behavioral challenges, we’ve got you covered.<br /><p>We want to instill a life long love for both exercise and learning. We seek to help kids build a desire to push themselves and strive for more! A typical class will be a combination of fitness training, skill learning, mental challenges and games.
