Let’s clear something up: You don’t have to be an athlete to start CrossFit.
You don’t need to run fast, lift heavy, or have a six-pack to fit in at CrossFit 611. What you do need is a willingness to show up.
Here’s why it works:
1. Every workout can be scaled.
Can’t do push-ups yet? We’ll modify.
Can’t lift a barbell? Dumbbells or bodyweight will do just fine.
You don’t have to fit the workout—the workout will be adjusted to fit you.
2. You won’t be doing it alone.
Our coaches guide you through every class. You’ll know exactly what to do, how to do it safely, and how to improve over time.
And the best part? The people beside you are cheering you on—not judging.
3. You’ll build confidence as you build strength.
Each class is a step forward—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally.
You’ll be surprised how quickly your mindset shifts from “Can I do this?” to “Look what I just did.”
